Mike Moore brings more than 45 years of heavy civil construction experience to Precision Road Services. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions with nationally recognized contractors including SEMA Construction, Austin Bridge & Road, Kiewit, Morrison Knudsen, Odebrecht Construction, and others, leading major transportation, bridge, underground utility, and infrastructure projects across the United States.

Justin Price is a highly motivated and results-oriented professional with a diverse background in sales, customer relations, and business development. He possesses a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. Misael Hernandez brings extensive experience in heavy civil construction, having worked with industry leaders including Webber Construction and Archer Western Construction. With a strong background in earthwork, excavation, underground utilities, and elevations, he has served in key roles as a Foreman and Assistant Superintendent with companies such as Pepper Lawson Waterworks and Urban Infrastructure.

His experience includes the construction of concrete structures, including walls and bridges, supporting safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.

Rogelio Herrera brings strong field leadership and hands-on expertise to Precision Road Services as a Concrete Superintendent. With extensive experience in concrete construction, crew management, and jobsite coordination, he oversees daily operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
