Precision Road Services Proud to Support Zachry Construction on Major Irving Mobility Project - Conflans

The City of Irving has a new reason to celebrate — the official ribbon cutting of the Conflans Road Extension Project, a massive infrastructure upgrade that will improve mobility and accessibility across the city’s west side. Precision Road Services (PRS) is honored to have been selected as a trusted subcontractor by Zachry Construction Corporation, a company known for their professionalism, employee-first culture, and commitment to excellence.

This $43 million public works project — which includes city and federal funding — extends Conflans Road from SH 161 to Valley View Lane, bridging a vital east-west gap and delivering lasting improvements for commuters, cyclists, and pedestrians alike.

Project Highlights:

• 1,607-foot bridge over the Bear Creek floodplain

• 4-lane divided roadway with modern infrastructure

• 12-foot-wide shared-use path for pedestrians & cyclists

• Major drainage, water, wastewater, and storm sewer improvements

• High-voltage lines raised by 40 feet to accommodate new construction

PRS Contributions:

As part of the civil scope, PRS proudly handled the following installations:

• Sidewalks and shared-use path surfaces

• Curbs and gutters

• Curb ramps and ADA-compliant transitions

• Rip rap stabilization

• Mow strip rail foundation work
