With more than 45 years of experience in heavy civil construction, Mike has spent his career helping deliver some of the nation's most complex transportation and infrastructure projects. His experience spans virtually every aspect of heavy civil construction—from estimating and preconstruction to executive leadership, project operations, design-build delivery, and strategic planning.

His arrival represents another important step in PRS's continued growth and commitment to providing exceptional value to our clients and project partners across Texas.
